Question About Icons

On my iPhone, through Safari it still shows Billy Brewer; here the default 22 one. Go figure.

I set my icon to the City Connect Dbacks logo. I logged out, cleared my cache, cookies, and browsing history on my computer and logged back in...tried in a different browser, logged in from ANOTHER computer....same thing. I still show up with the same default Ohtani logo anywhere i tried to access the forums from.

It hadn't been working for me the past few days, but I just logged in on Switch and updated my icon to the T-Rex. Logged out and back in, and now it looks like it is actually updated.

So I'm not very IT savvy. I get on the forum with my PSN sign in but it says I need to link The Show sign in with my PSN. When I use my sign in it says there is an error. It has worked every year up until now. What am I missing? Do I need to now create a new account on The Show?

I've also tried to change mine on the Xbox, log out here and then log back in and it still shows the defualt.

I actually logged out and back into the website to check a game history and now my icon is gone lol

Here is my history with it this year.
Changed my icon to a cardinals icon the first day of early release. It never updated here.
Last week to test I changed my Icon to a flag and it updated here.
I then changed it to the STL icon and it changed then too.
It stayed that way several days and then for no reason reverted back to Ohtani (I made no changes to it in game) -
Icon has switched back on it's own.

Mine got updated after doing what was said, change in game and then log out - log in again.

Add another bug to the list. SDS got more bugs to fix than an ant hill covered in honey. SMH maybe if they spent less time sending our coach dolls and care packages to streamers they could make a normal game.
