What guarantees an out more, perfect or good timing and contact. I seriously can’t tell. Both are auto outs 90% of time it feels like. I hope the update targets hitting in some capacity.

I feel like 60% of my perfect perfect go for hits. It can be frustrating, but just like in real life, a squared up pitch increases your odds of getting a hit, but doesn't guarantee it. I get way more outs on good timing. The hardest hit ball ever according to statcast was by Stanton, a 122mph grounder into a double play.

My biggest gripe from last year was no doubt hr's when ball not even in pci. The smartest thing SDS did was remove pci feedback so we can't complain about this, but I know it still happens

Pop ups to the IF or C are more rampant this year on good timing and inside the inner PCI. It's a little silly TBH.

So was the PCI not showing correctly, or was it working as intended, but we as the player, didn't like what we were seeing

PCI showed correctly. And as a result I knew people were hitting bombs on bad contact. And they could see when I did as well. This year, not so much. Which is smart by SDS, because people will complain less
