My Pci and Pitching is super laggy

When I enter a game online or offline my pci is super laggy and my screen also flashes black same thing goes for pitching. I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried changing settings and nothing. My hdmi works perfectly fine. At the start of mlb 21 the game was fine and towards the end the pci and pitching was lagging. Someone please help.

Sounds like an issue with your XBox, not a game issue.
I would check the TV & Display options and make sure everything is right.

I had a similar issue with F1 2021: when driving in the rain, there would be frequent white flashes, probably when the game wanted to do a lightning effect. Instead of a lightning, the whole screen would flash to white and back, making it impossible to play. I fixed it by tweaking the display options for my 4K monitor.
