Evey time I start the game over, or start a new series the Tutorials keep resetting? I have them all turned off, and yet it’s like the first time I’ve ever played. Anyone else have this issue or a way to fix it.

I have the same issue but have no idea how to fix it. I also tried turning off tutorials but that didn't work for me either.

I been dealing with this as well it’s frustrating, especially having to keep going into the options and having to turn it off every time

I think changing Settings is why tutorials are reset.
I think cancelling tutorials is the way to go, and staying away from the Settings screen. -
Can't not change settings though, since some of the settings don't save properly
