No… If you have Game Pass, you are getting the game for free with an option of getting an $85 value for $50. These are the best 2 options available on any console and you are whining about it.

Well, if you are buying Game Pass just for the show, you aren’t very smart. If you already have it, then the game is free. I’m not sour. I’m buying the deluxe edition on one platform and the standard on another. I’m not complaining about it.

Again, economics is a tough subject, the game isn't free if its part of a subscription plan -- your logic is flawed.
That's great, playing on two consoles will be fun -- especially if one of them is a switch.
I purchased the digital deluxe for series x. Excited for the weekend.

Um...cool. I play on a Series X -- the game are $70 as well. When you factor in my series x, elite 2 control, gigabyte monitor and Astro headphones, its fair to say I have idea of how expensive gaming can be.

Where’s the option to get an $85 value for $50? Assuming that you’re talking about the MVP edition being the $85, compare what that has and what this early access bundle is. The bundle is worse than even the MVP edition, which is the whole point of the discussion here that it’s overpriced. Instead of buying this bundle, you’d be better off buying the physical MVP edition, playing with that until Tuesday, then selling or trading the physical disc once the standard is on GP.

Gamepass is not free, it is a subscription service that is paid for, you clearly have little understanding about financials, so this will be my last response to your unproductive posts. How is the $50 package worth $85, not sure how you arrive at that, if I don't get the package I still get the game (using your logic, so where is the $85 value coming from?)

Xbox players have to pay a premium to get the early access that PS players get. Plus, your general argument that PS players get an add-on for $35 while it costs $50 for xbox players does seem to be an advantage for PS players.
I never tried to argue right or wrong, just providing...honestly a simple guess...at why they might have priced it that way. I personally like that they are charging xbox players a premium considering they get the game as part of gamepass which feels wrong to me. That's definitely much more of an advantage than the $35 vs $50 advantage PS players get on the early access.

Back to your original point. SDS can charge what they want for the early access for xbox. If xbox customers think it's unfair and/or don't want to pay the $50, they can opt to not get the early access and be 4 days behind all the early access people. Just like as a PS player, if I think it's unfair that I have to pay $70 for the base version of a game that is given to xbox players for free as part of gamepass...I can choose not to buy the game or I can suck it up and pay $70 for the game. It's really that simple and I'm surprised it has warranted so much pushback from you.
