Not primarily. But as the latest confirmation that SDS has abandoned my favorite mode, and doing their customers dirty by deleting things that don't violate TOS in order to control blowback. Sleazy.

I mean, to be fair (“to be fair!!!”) SDS deleting posts critical of the game is not a good look. Will this thread be deleted too?

This thread is incredibly confusing. I'm sure that is frustrating. Was it originally about franchise mode?
I've personally never played franchise mode but I have friends that like it so I can understand the frustration over the lack of attention and complete inability to address their customers over it.
At the very least, SDS should make a statement that they are no longer investing in improvements to Franchise. At least it acknowledges the fans who prefer that mode and doesn't just sweep them under the rug. It is clear, SDS has put their sole focus and financial resources into DD as that is their money maker. I'm not saying it should be that way, I'm not sure why they can't do some adjustments to franchise to appease those players, while still focusing on DD but unfortunately many companies care far more about obtaining new customers instead of retaining old ones despite tons of research to show that the opposite is more lucrative. But, they are doing quite well for themselves so they obviously know far more than I do as to why this is their approach..

They did hire additional staff for “franchise” (I say M2O) and are now up to 8 staff

Was your post in the Tech Test forum? If so then that’s why you can’t find it. Those were temporary forums.

Nope. But it's all good. The writing's been on the wall for years now. I'll buy the next Show when it's on sale, most likely. As of now, 21's been off my board for a while and it's been nice playing other types of games (working through the first Horizon before the new one goes on sale).
