Any guesses at collections in 22?

I feel like for the most part the collection cards have been a hit, they could have made Kershaw a LITTLE better but overall I continue to see those cards being used everyday.
Any guesses to who we may be rewarded with in 22? Any fun card ideas?

NL - Pete Rose (Legend)
MLB - Frank Robinson (new legend) -
I freely admit I have no clue but I'm gonna say it'll be cover athletes since there seems to be a large emphasis on that this time around.
Live Series-
NL- Ryan Howard
AL- Joe Mauer
Full Collection- Randy JohnsonLet me consult my
to determine what the collections will be like Mariano, Kershaw, Mookie, Jackie and Griffey. Thoughts on collections for this year?

If Pujols retires this year we may see a milestone collection/program for him, as for milestones themselves there are a few players that could reach them this year
Miguel Cabrera is closing in on 3,000 hits
Pujols needs 35 HR's to tie Babe Ruth
Nelson Cruz needs 87 hits to get to 2,000 and only needs 1 HR for 450
Stanton is 3 HR's away from 350
Elvis Andrus is 135 hits shy of 2,000
Joey Votto needs 19 HR's to reach 350
Aroldis Chapman is 40 saves away from 340 and 15th all time in saves.
Craig Kimbrel needs 18 saves to pass Denis Eckersley for 7th all time at 390retirement will include
Yadier Molina and Adam Wainwright

Oooo Live Series. I think they threw a curveball in 21. I still play Chipper but Big Papi and Soriano were a big Meh for me. I don't know if either of them even got 100 AB's each.
Mauer's 99 cards in the past have been good. Howard's haven't been that great.I need to think on this one a little more.

Agree with you there but I am still shocked how often I still see Papi in lineups. Soriano was exciting at first but just seemed very underwhelming.
With them revealing Howard, and hinting at what seemed to be Mauer/Morneau....have to imagine one or two of those guys will be live series. An MVP Mauer card would be on everyones team for a longgggg time, card would be cracked.

Mauer's card in 16 was AMAZING especially hitting. They had this stupid animation where the catchers slid to stop a ball in the dirt and passed balls were everywhere. His card in 17 was good too but I remember the 16 card more.

I need to see some more new legends first. This year they broke the Trend of having new legends as the collection rewards. Neither Howard or Randy are live series collection guys( A pitcher has never been one of the 3). IF Mauer is officially announced he is a Prime candidate for the AL Collection, but its hard to say with current information

I actually haven't thought about it too much. I'm a horrible person.
I could see Johnson being the 1st collection reward. Good on that one. If he makes it into the game, I'm kind of getting a little worried about it.
Let me think about it, the weekdays have been hell on me.

It's been a while but doesn't he have a weird pause or delay before release? If I'm thinking correctly, I quit using him after about 3 innings and never tried him again.

This was the first year a pitcher was on the cover, I know he can hit to.

Kershaw is not usable until HOF and Legend. His pitch speeds are just not good enough at AS level. But once you get to HOF he is nasty. Slider really defines his pitch repertoire. That slider literally can be used with the change up the whole game on HOF.
