I understand why Switch Online is required to play online, but I'm still disappointed that it's required for the tech test. I don't think I want to spend $8-20 just for a membership to satisfy my morbid curiosity. I'm fairly certain it will run like

If you're not an avid switch/nintendo player, those 4 dollars is just throwing that money out the window. With Playstation, Oculus, PC, heck even mobile games; gamers that have access to multiple platforms are wasting their money on switch online memberships
