Hope that the server problems this year Will be lesser then last year

I hope sds knows what the server problems where causing last year. Because with the switch coming this year they have now 5 consoles playing the show22.
I think there will be more server problems then.
And if they don't solve it i think i won't buy it.

Yeah exactly we couldn't get it working properly with 4 so heck why not add a 5th

Literally could not play for the first month of release. And since everything is online now, that is even worse.

anytime after 6pm eastern it was unplayable for the first month or so...prepare for it to be the same.

It won't have a smooth launch. SDS is now under more pressure and stress with the increased workload, with the same time period they struggled with while developing for just the PS3... then the PS4, now to the PS5, and all 13 Xbox's. And now they have to develop MLB The Show on a Can Opener known as the Switch

It's not free on Game Pass. That comment is such a misnomer. "Free on Game Pass"... that you actively pay a fee for. Some people have a real problem comprehending free.

They will be worse having released the game for switch. It probably won't be considerably worse, but definitely worse. It would've been worse without the switch just because the user base grows every year.

@NxtDoc yes I pay a monthly fee but guess what, I get access to a lot more than just MLB the show. What does Playstation offer?

Don't count on it being smooth.
This is a Sony owned company and you can guarantee they did not do any upgrades to the servers to compensate for the upcoming addition of the Switch to the cross-play within the game.
This game will be unplayable in April.
Which is truly sad because it shouldn't be like that. -
