So quick to pronounce Bauer guilty and start insulting anyone that warned he might be innocent.

I don't think it always matters if someone is found guilty or not guilty, charged or not charged. Mistakes are sometimes made on both sides of the spectrum, innocent people go to jail and guilty people walk.
What all of this has proven without any doubt though, is that Trevor Bauer has questionable (sexual) behavior. Which is his right, I don't really care what he gets off on. But it's totally fair for people to say "hey that stuff he's into is not okay", with or without consent.

No, what I was actually trying to say is that it's not up to us to decide if someone is guilty or not and that even sometimes courts and prosecutors get it wrong.
Edit: and I'm not opinionated either way about Trevor Bauer. But to conclude that's he's innocent just because he's not charged is too black and white in my opinion. A wise man once told me "if something looks like sh!t and smells like sh!t, it's probably sh!t".

My opinion...
I don't care what he may or may not have done, nor do I care about other people's opinions on what he may or may not have done...And just like the Hall of Fame, the baseball video game should only be concerned with on-field performance only. No need for morality lessons from a video game or a video game forum!

With all due respect what you are saying and what he was accused of doing are different.
He was accused of knocking her out and sodomizing her. That is some pretty serious stuff.

It will be interesting to see if he is able to move on from this in the same way that Kobe and Big Ben were able ( as bad as what Trevor was involved in, I would say those guys situations were worse as they were not consensual at all). if there situations happened “in this age”, I bet things would not have turned out as well for them, and not sure if Bauer will be able to fully recover like they did.

And just because he's not being charged with those things, you know he's innocent? - Let me answer that for you. You don't. Only he and her know. That was my point.

Found guilty or not he definitely enjoys hitting women which is not something that can be denied or defended so if you want to defend that maybe take a long hard look at yourself and decide if that's really the kind of man you want to be. -

Bauer is guilty of poor decision making and Greek Tragedy-level arrogance, 100%. Having "rough [censored]" with a woman you just met when you're a mulit-million-dollar star athlete -- stupid, stupid, stupid. In a way, he deserves what he got (and might still get).
I tend towards believing his version of events, especially after watching his video yesterday, but my thoughts on his asinine stupidity haven't changed. This is in the same galaxy of behavior as Clinton in the Oval Office with Lewinsky or Tiger with his prostitutes. People with ridiculous money and power get caught up. And it's an old cliche that people who can have anything they want then begin to indulge in perversions because they're available to them. Not me being puritanical, but this is Caligula-pattern behavior, that's all. It's Hollywood Exec Lite stuff -- you can, so you do.
Access to taboo stuff can warp a person's judgment. Even if everything was consensual like TB says, this probably wouldn't even have been an option if he wasn't "Trevor Bauer."

Bauer is basically accused of the same thing as Armie Hammer. They pull him from all of his movies because it is a bad look. When I hear Bauer say "It was consensual rough acts" it kind of makes me cringe because says "rough" and "consensual" means it COULD hide something else especially if there were drugs involved. I am curious to see what baseball does, but I do not consider what someone says and what someone does to be equal from a crime/punishment perspective.

Just because the DA isn’t moving forward with charges against this individual doesn’t mean he didn’t commit the crime. In most of these instances the victims choose not to press charges in which case the DA has the option to convene a grand jury and press charges from the state or drop the case altogether. There is a high likelyhood that Bauer did exactly what he was accused of. The evidence is there. So I wouldn’t be so quick to say that Bauer was innocent. Just recently charges were dropped against Marcel Ozuna in a situation where he was clearly involved in a physical domestic dispute. He was definitely guilty of what he was charged with however he cut a deal with the prosecution to avoid being charged. That is possibly what happened here but we are unlikely to ever know what deal was cut if one was cut. This practice of people saying “I told you so” is really immature. Like I said, there is strong evidence that Bauer indeed did choke this woman after some sort of sexual encounter. Whether she dropped the charges or the DA cut some sort of deal will probably never see the light of day.

The DA deciding they don’t have enough evidence to bring charges is the same as “innocence” in your mind? That’s an impressive level of ignorance.
