They brought back Corey Seager so there’s a chance.

They've released him twice in the past 3 years. Releasing him AGAIN this year would seem overkill.
More likely he returns next year as a two year loop is established.

Also, do you think there will be any more legends or flashbacks released this season?
Lastly, do you think the owners and players will avoid a catastrophic strike and the Cardinals will sign both Kershaw and Story and win their 12th championship?

Two different versions, the really good Mondesi wasn't released until 2020.

Oh trust me, I know this is not likely. I would love to see Arenado and Story reunited but a lefty is far more necessary. But most of all, they need pitching, pitching and more pitching.
