Turner or Trout?

I don’t know if I will get Trout or not. With Mantle being so good this year, Mays, and Griffey; I don’t know where to play Trout. I’m sure I will end up getting him. I would have had a tougher decision if they made Bellinger as good as they did the last two years. That card was amazing.

Yeah, this is my dilemma. I couldn't hit at all with Mays, so Griffey is my preferred LF now. That would be the only place I would put Trout. Mantle and Ruth are not going anywhere.

I have the million stubs needed to get either of these guys, but ideally, I want to get both at some point. Given that Turner is an Event Reward and Trout is a RS Reward. My thought is that once the event ends Turner will be harder to come by and go up or stay high in price. However, the next RS will have the rewind reward, so Trout will be easier and cheaper. Not to mention that there are better OF options than there are 2nd base options.
Would that make Turner the better short-term purchase and then build back up the stubs to get Trout who will probably come down in price anyhow?
Just play the Event and get Turner.
I am not an online player but maybe I will take a shot at this over the Xmas break. I have only played a total 6 online games (not my thing), so not sure how feasible it is for me to complete the event before it expires.
Me neither. Before this event I had played maybe 5-10 BR games this season and maybe 5-10 online games last season. I just got Trea last night. Took me about 10 entries to get him over about a week's time so you can do it. There are alot of non-online gamers going for Trea so you will fair better than you think

Yeah, this is my dilemma. I couldn't hit at all with Mays, so Griffey is my preferred LF now. That would be the only place I would put Trout. Mantle and Ruth are not going anywhere.
I think Griffey is the best in the game. I just really like his swing. Either way, sounds like we have the same dilemma.

Turner is easier to be productive with imo

I still have my buy order in for Turner. I would estimate there are 500 or so ahead of me still. I am almost back up to 600k in stubs to, so should have enough to get Trout as well soon, so may not have to choose.

I have both and they are both really good. If I can only have one, I think I would take Turner. 2nd base has alot fewer options than the OF. Plus Trea has more position flexibility.

Trea is too good. If you can only get one then definitely get Trea. He does it all.

Just got Trea. I was like 2,000 or more in line. I was originally 800, then canceled, but then put it back up when the line was like 1,300.

Ok. I’m just gonna say it now. Trea is better easily in my opinion. Especially with so many good outfielders and Trea can play CF too. His bat is way too good. If you have to get one get Trea. He’s way too good. I’ve never used a card as good as him in the game.

You won’t be able buy Turner at this point. There are just too many buy orders in for him and anybody who was going to sell him has already done so. If you don’t earn him you aren’t getting him unless you actually play the next event and get lucky with a rewind pack. Good luck with that though!!! Really should’ve thought better then to assume you could just buy him at this point in this games lifecycle!!!!

My Turner buy order just came through. Going to play my first game with him. I really wasn't sure it would go through with how slow they were coming in, but it only took 5 days.
