Best I have is AS Ohtani and Sig Smoltz to P4. (6700-7400pts)

You're playing how you want by switching up lineups, they wanted to play with the best squad. Both legit ways of playing. Also I haven't played in a while but as a huge Met fan deGrom will always be in my rotation, cry about it if you want if you are the one to face him but using good cards and players you like is the point of these modes.

Reaction time being relative to age is a real thing, and it sucks.
Connections are a bigger detriment to hitting outlier than age. I'm 52 and can hit outlier with ease when the connection is good, even on HOF. When it isn't, I don't have a chance.

Which Vlad? There are plenty to play RF that are really good. Put Mays in RF with Mantle in Center. I have both of them at P5, so I don't use them anymore...Now that I have Bagwell, I've replaced my P5 Murray with him and I'll start with him, just as I have been with Ruth in RF.

I have both Eckersley and Rivera at P5. Pitchers are the easiest to get because both their pitching and batting count.

You have me beat almost three-fold Wyatt. I have 13 with 10 of them being 99's.

My DeGrom is not even P1 and I took him out of the rotation.
I guess, sure, it’s a valid way to play, but I just think it is a bit weak at this point of the year. I mean, everyone likes to win, but we were in the 600’s so it’s not like it was his WS game or anything.

I felt the same way a few months ago when it felt like I was facing degrom every other game, it was super annoying. However, at this point in the game cycle I think people should use whoever they want. He's a top 5 pitcher and there's only a few months left in the game's life. My degrom is at P3, but I rarely use him anymore. I'll still pull him out every now and then for fun though and I don't begrudge anyone who still uses him at this point.

Eckersley wasn't too bad. I was the 262 person to get him to 5. He can hit and I would pitch him for at least 3 innings, so that helped a lot (I have a few HRs with him). Rivera took a lot longer.

Fair Enough.
I think more than facing the P5 DeGrom, maybe what I was reacting to is the feeling of fighting the game and my opponent at the same time.It’s just super frustrating when you pick up your opponent’s tendencies, get the pitch you’re looking for, put a good swing on it, and get zero results.
This happens no matter which pitcher you might be facing, I suppose.

I have over a dozen p5 but my best bullpen is p3 Rivera. Rest are all p2 or lower.
