I mean once you get Griffey what will you spend your stubs on? You might as well. I got him and now I feel like there’s almost no reason to play anymore. No more collections coming and have most cards.

Trout is the last big card left that interests me. Pujols would be but I've been awful with every card of his over the years.
Lot of other guys like Puckett, Killebrew, McCovey that are good but not 'keep playing for' good.

Yeah I’m really looking forward to Trout too. Just kinda lost interest when I felt like I have everyone worth buying in the game. I can’t complain though. This game had a good run. Other than the online issues with this game I have nothing bad to say.

All that hard work for 6 mo (all offline) to get 3.7 mil seeing more than half of it disappear in an instant.

All that hard work for 6 mo (all offline) to get 3.7 mil seeing more than half of it disappear in an instant.
Just buy them. You have plenty of stubs. I had 3 million last week. I bought when the market was down and fen bought a bunch of other guys I wanted on my team. Now Im down to 1.3 million. Have you done the conquest yet? There’s a lot of money to earn there. Not that you need it.

After I bought them and got Griffey Jr. I screamed I BEAT THE GAME! LOL.
But I screamed this before twice when I got the Mookie and Kershaw collections.
I'm down to 1.3 Mil now. Which is good. I'll still play for fun - still have to complete conquest for TAFinest and just get packs and sell cards. Also there should be a thanksgiving conquest this week if SDS does what they've done the last several years for thanksgiving.

No I didn't do it .... WE did it!
All those years the wife/gf telling everyone how 'we never finish what we started' or the gamestop employees laughing at us because we play sports videogames.....AND...all the obstacles we had to face and conquer but WE did it. WE are the champions now! They can't take that away from us forever!
