Are we going to see a 99 McCovey or 99 Foxx? The game is winding down now with TA5 being released and one more inning. Where would these players come from? Event? BR? RS?

I'm guessing 1 or more will be a Boss next inning. Another might be a player program. Do we know yet that the 10th inning is the last? They said extra innings plural but I guess you never say extra inning even if it's just 1.
I'm looking forward to these cards.

So even though MLB21 had a later start than 20, they've already released more legend cards than they did all of last year.
2020 saw 283 Legend cards (not counting the Prestige versions)
2021 so far has had 334 and we're not done yet. I realize some people's favorites haven't dropped yet, but that ignores JUST HOW MUCH SDS has put out this year. -

The majority of players won't use all of the Finest cards they just released but that is not an excuse for them not to have them.
Somebody will use them. Maybe not a lot of players. Maybe you won't see them on the competitive teams. But those who play offline or like to play with an all time squad for their favorite team will use them.

I knew there was something I liked about you....other than the greatest team of all as your icon.
That's what I keep saying. I get it, they may not make the "one God squad to rule them all," but plenty of us offline "nobodies" will use them.
Well, unless they hit like Yount. Then strike everything I just said.

By my count, 167 individual legends represented by 334 cards.
And Arrietta had a 99 awards card last year in a November Event.
