You do also have 5 World Series rings last one in 1990. We've gone to two, lost both. 50 years of very little to get excited about, the freaking Marlins and Diamondbacks expansion teams have won a world series ( Marlins Twice!) Very few can match the downtrodden that is a Rangers fan.

If a Seattle fan pipes in I will concede, not even an appearance!The Orioles last World Series was 1983. I was born in 1984. I have only got to hear the stories from my parents. Hopefully I will see one in my lifetime.

I stand corrected, yes 1983. Unfortunately the stories from my parents were " yeah they sucked " from the Rangers early days.
