In what order do buy orders get fulfilled? Is it by date placed? There are 7K and we’re 10K orders for this card at 2,500 stubs, so how does this work? He’s the only card I need for chipper.

Price and then date.
For this card it will fulfill all of the 2500 stub orders in the order they were placed before moving on to the 2499 orders (I have no idea why people even put in buy orders for that amount)
