Are you talking about Alomar or Clemente?
If you're talking about Clemente, his three cards were released as follows:
Vet: Free card that was given out when the game dropped. Only way to get it now is to buy it off the market.
all Star: Pretty sure this was the Diamond reward in one of the past BR Monthly Reward Path programs. You can buy it off the market if obtain it in a Rewind Pack via the Reward Path.
Sig: Final reward for achieving 100pts in the FOD Program

Actually, it's because he was banned from MLB in April. Too bad too, love his cards. Glad a got him at least for this card....it was a great early game
Roberto Alomar has not been banned, he has been placed on MLB’s restricted list which means he can’t participate in MLB sanctioned events but he certainly hasn’t been banned. If Alomar had been banned he would’ve had his HOF bust removed and his name stricken from the HOF register along with having his nomination nullified. None of that happened. He is eligible for reinstatement from the restricted list two years after placement on that list. Also, this game has not removed him from its list of eligible legends. I’m sure what happened earlier this year has influenced their decision to not include other Alomar legends cards from various points in his career. Let’s get your facts correct next time

Those cards are still unsellable, right? I hope there is another reward (say 5k stubs) at each of those points. I already have a million bronze Giambis. If half the rewards in the path are repeats and unsellable, that's kind of a bummer.

Yeah, the good news is, this means there will probably be another collection, Reggie looks like a fun card, hardly end game, but fun for theme teams etc, newer players can get the cards they missed and those who have been playing from the beginning can skip the last week or so.
Bad news, not a great month for new rewards because of all the repeats. I'm only missing Alomar and my goal was to have every card in the legends and flashbacks collection. Now I know that won't happen. Thank God it's just a video game and not actually a big deal. That's what I'll keep telling my OCD side.
Looking forward to adding Reggie, Scott and Yount to my almost complete collection.

I know why you guys are saying it means another collection, but I don’t necessarily think so. They’re just giving people a chance at cards they might have missed. For the people who’ve been playing all along, they already have those cards and it wouldn’t help for collection purposes.

Sorry I live under a rock, what did Roberto Alomar do??
Edit: Googled it and that’s terrible, but I still feel like his card should be obtainable. It was released before the scandal. -
