Degrom in ranked

I'm so tired of facing degrom every game. I went back through my game history and I have faced degrom all of my last 10 games. Am I the only one?

I am saying this just bc i want diversity in the game not the same pitcher every game

I mean, he is one of the best pitchers in the game and he's easy to acquire so basically everyone has him. Also, it's just partly bad luck since you basically have to alternate starting pitchers because of stamina.

Most of the games are against Degrom or Verlander. We can’t say otherwise.

Only faced him maybe once in 20 games.

Thats because ranked is sweaty, ‘19 had sig Kershaw and Ryan, ‘20 had Awards Kluber and Sig Newhouser. Thats just how the community is, if the card has outlier, you’re going to see it a lot.

This is why pitching needs to be fixed. It’s a game where you need three things, outlier, cutter and sinker . It’sall about the meta and I don’t see SDS fixing it

I don't have Degrom in my rotation and have had plenty of success with different pitchers. The options are there, SDS has given us plenty of other pitchers. While I agree that SDS could tweak pitching to try and end the current meta, there would just be a new meta that arises, because that's what people default to these days. A lot of the blame on no diversity in the game falls on the community imo, that's just how people do in games now.

Same bro, so sick of it. Honestly if you use degrom I'm not impressed if you throw a perfect game with 27 strikeouts. You're not good. There's so many good pitchers, try a little diversity people. I haven't used degrom in a while cause I've been trying out other dudes. Logan Webb, Valenzuela, and even Greg Maddux have all dominated for me recently. It's refreshing to use guys you actually have to try with.

I played one game in casual mode this year, just to try out some new players. Dude started degrom in a casual game. Like seriously? How lame can you be? Quit outta that game real quick lol

I don’t use him at all anymore, he got lit up in five games I used him, I don’t mind facing him though his stuff has very little break IMO.
