But the only thing keeping my interest in baseball, and this game, was watching the Red Sox. Now that they're eliminated (why in the HELL was Schwarber, and his .125 series average, playing in a Win or Go Home game?). I have no interest in baseball.
I won't quit completely. But I doubt I'll play alot.
Maybe just to get my Daily Moment Points and a few Conquest games: but not like how I've been playing recently.
Anyone else?
Nah, I am always bummed when my team is eliminated but then I realize I'll be super bummed when baseball season is over so I'm gonna soak it all up.
And yes, that Yordan card will be a superhero.
I’m always super bummed too when my team is eliminated… in April.
Baltimore fan?
Yes. It's less stressful when you don't have a team in it, less fun though. 2011 will always be my favorite WS and yet, I'm pretty sure I aged a few years during that run.
Unfortunately, yes. At least there is some level of hope during football season.
-
As a Jays fan, I always enjoy the Red Sox getting spanked. But I also don’t like Houston, or the Dodgers. Guess the Braves are the lesser of the evils I’ll pull for.
-
I love the sport too much irl to never watch a WS if my team isn't in it, which is always, but I hope Dusty Baker finally wins one.
NHL is starting to pull me in, but I'll still play into December at least. -
What do you mean we haven't had to sweat anything all year! Baltimore and Arizona gave us a hell of a fight for that number one pick next year. Can you even imagine the stress of running to look at box scores every morning to see if we were keeping up with the losses. Long hard fought season my friend haha

Or just challenge yourself and play ranked seasons with an all time Red Sox squad and try to make World Series

I have a better chance of hitting a ground ball to second and not having the game freeze than making WS.
Don't get me wrong, once the content release dries up and I get caught up on all the offline content; I may jump into some ranked.
But that will depend on if I still want to play the game.

Baseball is life! I’ll never stop. Might play some CoD or Battlefield but baseball is always being played.
-
Because prior to that series Schwarber was killing it?
-
If my team isn't in it, I only have interest in watching the world series when there's a true underdog to root for. This year it seems my last hope for that is the braves. If the dodgers beat them, I'll be done watching baseball for the year. Astros vs Dodgers sounds like a snooze fest to me.
