Carl Yastremszki and Yogi Berra would be good as well.

Rose and shoeless joe will never be in the game.
If one gets in over the other, then Rose. He didn’t bet on his own team. Many people gamble on sports games, but shoeless joe was a straight up cheater
Except the problem was when he didn't bet for his team; what in law we call in contrario...
He never betted against his team. I have no clue where you are getting that. He admitted to betting and everything that has ever been found on it shows he only bet on his team.

As far as Shoeless goes, he needs to be reinstated. He was illiterate and had no idea what he was signing and his play proves he was not trying to throw the game. Shoeless was far from a cheater and in fact, has been treated egregiously by baseball.

Thats why I said if anyone ever manages to raise shoeless joe from the dead his first priority won’t be making a CAP, it will be getting that person to raise Mountain Landis so he can kick the sh*t out of him. Then he’s probably going to go collect royalties from the restaurant chain that bares his name, after that, maybe he makes a CAP.

Joe knew... He just wasn't a rat and it cost him.

Rube Waddell, I always make a CAP bullpen build since classic bullpen lefties are rare. He was a starter but just one of the crazy characters of the game. Check him out
I would counter this by building a stadium near a fire station and have a doggy daycare in the outfield.

On the days he didn't bet on his team it could be seen as betting against them.

It isn’t hard to understand; if he didn’t bet on his team on certain days, was it because players were banged up? The SP having shoulder problems? Day game after a late night party for the team?

Speaker definitely needs to be in, although he'd basically be a Cobb clone.

This doesnt have anything to do with his personality, but most people dont realize Charlie Comiskey was also a player. His 1887 season was a fixture when constructing rosters on whatifsports.com. 335 AVG, 139 R, 103 RBI, 117 SB.

Roger Maris
Jackie Jenson
Ted Williams (yes, I know he was there in the past) -

Everything to do with why most of the player though the 1919 WS.

I gotcha. Just pointing out that he was also a player, as most people only know him as the White Sox owner, and that he had one very good season as a player.
He was an owner that was great for fans, and the city, but terrible for players.
