i like NHL where it keeps track of the DNF games....so essentially all the quits
-
Quitting and dashboarding are different. Sometimes I'll quit just to give a dude a win and lower my own ranking. I will NEVER make WS -- objectively: don't have the time to git gud, don't have the reflexes at my age -- so total wins is how I have to roll in RS.
I aim for the 500's where people around my level are and I have about an equal chance to win or lose.

so do you quit before the homer lands and counts or after?

Seriously, if SDS cared, they could just look at the non sellable disconnects and start punishing dashboards. Anybody over 75 disconnects is a dashboarding punk.
I don't want to hear people that quit against the CPU and collect the disconnects. The fact that you can't finish an offline game is just as sad...
Yeah perfect solution, especially when offline stats missions are needed and you have to waste an hour

Like I said. I don't dashboard. That's for toxic butthurt wusses.

Unless you’re trying to do BR missions, there’s no reason to complain about dashboarding. Take your win and move on, that’s the entire point of online modes. You wouldn’t be playing online if your goal isn’t to win games. Winning is more important than losing a few meaningless stats on a card.

I literally just gave you a reason to complain. Just because you don’t care about your stats doesn’t mean that others feel the same. I have never once had a player dashboard vs me and thought “thanks for the win” because I was already going to beat them. They are just soft, petty sore losers who can’t handle it so that’s there only way of sticking it to you on their way out the door.
Honestly, if you defend it you must do it yourself. There’s no other explanation.

Just because you care about stats doesn’t mean they actually matter. Wins do matter. If you’re already winning, then they just saved you some time.
I don’t do it, but I also can’t imagine actually getting upset over something so insignificant.

If it bothers a large group of people it does matter and it is significant. Stop assuming you know what matters to every other player out there. People play this game for all different reasons other than just winning over everything. I guarantee you there are people playing right now who just play the market all day, have 20+ million stubs and every top card in the game and don’t even play with them. May seem silly to you and me, but to them it’s important and what they play the game for.
I wouldn’t expect a different take from a dashboarder though.

Don't you realize this is exactly why people dashboard? All the tears on the forums. It's a big middle finger to you and it clearly gets under the skin of some of you. I just laugh when it happens to me.

The only ones crying are the ones dashboarding. If you don’t see it as soft behavior than maybe lower the soy in your diet.

Stats on a card have no impact on the game whatsoever. Wins and losses do. Saving time because of someone dashboarding does too. People playing the market more than the game is a legitimate thing to do, there’s nothing wrong with that. At least they’re actually getting something from it, whereas you get nothing for wanting a few stats over getting wins. Losing a few stats does not matter at all. If you use them to judge who you do good with, you’ll end up with a large enough sample size to know regardless. Missing a couple HR isn’t going to make an impact.
I’m not a dashboarder, but I would absolutely do it against you just because of how irrationally upset losing a meaningless stat makes you lmao. You’d actually cry about losing a meaningless stat instead of being happy about the win, which is silly. You’re the softest guy here for crying over stats lmao.

I’m actually not even close to crying or soft, I’m just not a sore loser. I’m competitive and of course I want to win but I’m also respectful and a decent human being. Dashboarding does absolutely nothing but negatively impact your opponent. It doesn’t speed up the game and get you a win quicker(they can pause and quit literally 3 seconds later). It is only to hurt your opponent and btw chief parallel stats accumulate and result in increased attributes which does directly impact the game.
Dashboarding is the equivalent to returning your shopping cart to the designated area in a parking lot. It’s not illegal to leave it out, you won’t be punished or fined, etc., but it’s a D-bag move and only has a negative affect on others while you drive away like a lazy F.
Just don’t be a D-bag in life. It’s pretty simple really.

Lots of Bellinger haters. 2 games out of last 4 that when Bellinger hit a homerun just got dashboarded….

I didn't say it wasn't soft. Nice strawman. I don't eat soy, it's a GMO. And there's plenty of crying by people who lose their stats in here. You being one of them.

I'm the OP, and let me be clear -- no tears here, just a derisive headshake. Losers.
Also, refreshing to see someone with a WS banner take the same stand, especially since the fool who dashboarded me was obviously a butthurt WS banner guy.

Tell that to the guys who like discovering cards and be the first to P5 a card
-
Love the dashboard W, especially if the guy is playing like a knob-- watching a HR replay, stepping out/off, R2 distraction.
Nothing says "I'm a big girl" more than the dashboard rage quit.
It's like drinking bittersweet baby tears. -
