I disagree with the judges decision because it's essentially saying if someone asks for rough [censored] you can literally beat them unconscious and do what you want. At a certain point it's not rough [censored] anymore it's just assault. -

I get that you are making a joke, but I dont think Gallo is even a decent comparison for Canseco. Gallo is worse in nearly every category offensively than Canseco, but much better defensively.
I would say Canseco would be like Nelson Cruz with way more speed.

I simply pointed out that it is in the realm of possibility that the woman isn’t being truthful and is after money and it shouldn’t be guilt until proven innocent. @Kovz88_PSN

It’s funny how people thought his antics before this assault thing were ok. Then they use these same antics against him when he’s accused. The guy is a [censored]. That’s why people don’t care if he did or didn’t do what he’s accused of. I personally don’t have all the facts to say if he is guilty of what he’s being accused of. I can see him not being in the wrong. Just because people don’t agree with the tough [censored] culture, doesn’t mean he did something outside the rules and vis versa

Agreed. The whole thing smells fishy. With that being said, Bauer needs to be smarter than that!! It’s not that hard to be smarter than that. With the money he makes he can afford some very very VERY high dollar prostitutes and have a very nice night.
