Twitch Drops Follow Up - We need your help

This new twitch drops system seems very convoluted and more difficult than it needs to be. Just my two cents.

Is there was wait time for the packs to show up. I have 2 in my inventory in Twitch, but zero showing in MLBtS 21

This is just strange to me. I did this last year with Madden and had zero problems getting the packs. They were in my inventory immediately.
Last year was Drops 1.0. This year it is Drops 2.0, which required redoing the entire system which was made additionally complicated as our online account system changed with the addition of Xbox and cross progression, which requires an MLB The Show Account.
If you have your account linked AND clicked 'Claim' in your Twitch Inventory, they should appear in your in-game inventory upon booting the game.
I did all of the above. Did not receive the missing Twitch Drops from the other day (still missing 5 out of 9). I claimed 2 new packs today and did not receive them either.

Did you change your twitch password recently? if so, you need to relink your account.

I claimed 2 twitch drop packs in the twitch app during today’s live stream but have not received the packs in game. Can anyone at SDS help? I have my accounts correctly linked, I have not changed my password recently and I have made sure to restart the game on my PS5 just to be sure.

@Collin_SDS_PSN I haven’t changed my password recently but I unlinked and relinked all my accounts after the stream because I didn’t have them in my inventory. I still don’t have them in there but on twitch it says claimed.

I don't think I had. But just in case, I tried it just now. I relinked my account. Still nothing.

Went to link Xbox, twitch and mlb the show 21 and now I lost all my progress…….emailed SDS awaiting answers. Any suggestions?

I had everything all redone and correctly linked before today's stream.
Logged into the game like you said and over an hour later nothing had dropped regarding the 2 packs claimed just today.
So I have only received 4 of 12 total thru today's twitch drops.
(4 of 10 from the October and 0 of 2 for September.) -

We got information from Twitch that if you changed your Twitch password recently you will need to re-link you Twitch account due to the security breach on Twitch recently.
Make sure you have done the following:
- Create an MLB The Show Account
- Link your PSN or Xbox Live to your new MLB The Show Account
- Link your Twitch account to your MLB The Show Account
It should look something like this:

Did you reset your password after the Twitch leak? If so you have to relink your account.

I didn’t. I unlinked and re-linked again just to test and still nothing.

Re linked account. Watched yesterday’s stream. Claimed 2 Twitch packs. Received one late this morning. Hopefully the second does in fact show up.

With our first Drops campaign in the books and lots of supercharged packs being delivered to fans who watched streams, we did hear about fans seeing "Drops" in their Twitch Inventory, but not getting them in-game. We looking into these scenarios, but we need accounts to further investigate.
If you qualified for Twitch Drops and they show up in your Twitch Inventory but didn't appear in your in-game inventory, please just reply back in this thread so we can look into your account.
We are excited that Drops are back and have plans for more Drops Enabled streams in the coming weeks, and we just want to make sure they work as seamlessly as possible. Thanks for your help.
I have unlinked and relinked my account (yesterday). I have collected my drop on my Twitch account (which says my MLBTS account is connected). I linked my PS account to Twitch. I exited the game and re-entered it. I waited overnight.
I still have not received my drop pack.
What else do I need to do?

Yeah nothing here. Claimed my 2 packs and nothing in game. Did all the troubleshooting and nothing. Oh well, just 2 packs anyways.

Claimed two packs from yesterday, but only one showed up.

Claimed both packs from yesterday shows claimed on my Twitch, both nothing in my inventory. I even unlinked and relinked my account.
