I have the highest buy order possible on it for weeks now and I just never get him. Is this guy not in packs for some reason. I can’t get chipper cause of that card. SDS can you please fix this?
thats not a glitch. New card means less supply.

I got chipper months ago, but I put an order in anyway cause I don't have him and I'm that much of an obsessive completionist. Have fun waiting in line behind people like me who don't even need the card. lol

I’ve pulled and sold like 5 of them in the past couple of weeks. They’re out there you just have to be patient...or start ripping packs and hope for the best.
