Yeah I never got mine from pre release. It didn't do any good to contact them about it. It took a week for them to contact me back about it and now they are ignoring me. Still nothing and I watched almost all of those boring streams.

I didnt get my packs either from the pre release streams. I was told I wont get them because they dont see that I earned them, even though all my stuff was correctly linked....smh

Supposedly they are investigating but I have a feeling I'll get that same response.

I know I had to go in like 5 times until it finally linked my account even though it assumed is was after the first 4 attempts. I believe y I may have that and it is just a glitch but just saying. Sometimes don’t you have to post a phrase to get the drops? And after that you can’t get them?
