Then just link your PSN or Xbox AND then link your Twitch account.Ance Larmstrong did a great video on the process, which you can watch here. https://youtu.be/nveVSX6dKSM

Is there a daily limit to the number of drops? Also I see a 1 hour and 2 hour mission. The 1 hour has been working and I have been claiming them. However no progress has been made toward the 2 hour drop even though I’ve been on all afternoon and evening.

Wondering the same thing....

You have to claim all five of the one hour drops. Upon claiming them, then the two hour drops will unlock and start count time.

I will try again but as I’ve written you, Collin_SDS, I’ve been unable to link my account because of previous issues. Wish you guys could fix it from your end. Also wish the procedure wasn’t revised for this year and that those already linked for last year like I was had remained that way unchanged. Sigh.

We are looking into all scenarios and issues. Many of the changes on our side are related to the changes on Twitch side. It wasn't a straight forward update.
What is the previous issue?

Does it reset back to one hour or am I on the 2 hour counter for the remainder of the drops this season?

I stupidly created a second account with a different email when I thought nothing was happening with the other. For that reason, I think, I’ve been unable to change the password on the first one because a reset code never shows up on the email. Can you figure out why or what prevents that? (And I’ll be glad to direct message you on this).

Is there a reason why some players are getting their twitch drop packs and some are not?
Everything of mine is linked correctly yet nothing has appeared yet.
Hoping for a reply from SDS on this as I am seeing this topic on several streams among the viewers and streamers as well. -
So there is a cap of 10 drops total?
-
I've claimed 8, but only 3 have actually made it to my inventory ???

Yes. For this campaign. Should we do more?

We are looking into it. It appears to be impacting players who previously had accounts linked and something wasn't connected or disconnected correctly.
Make sure you disconnect your previous account link on Twitch under Connections
- Create an MLB The Show Account
- After creating then link your PlayStation or Xbox (or both) to this new MLB The Show Account
- After linking your platform account, then link Twitch to the MLB The Show Account.
- Watch some streams. Make sure you click claim. Drops should appear in your inventory the next time you boot up the game.
Note that if you have Drops in your Twitch Inventory, you will get them in-game as we identify what is causing the connection issues.

I was not linked to Twitch last year and have at this point claimed 8 of the 10 drops but have only received 2 of them so far. It appears that the 5 from the hourly drops did not show up and the 2-hour drops are just slowly coming in. I will submit a ticket once all have been claimed as you suggested in the discord just to keep from doing multiple tickets and also so I have an exact total of what was received and what was not.

More drops would be great!

I have 2 packs in my twitch inventory. I’ve unlinked and re-linked my twitch account but they’re still not showing up in my MLB the Show inventory.
-
still bugged? or is there a delay receiving the pack in game? I've relinked as well
-
-
Totally not worth the time it took to get 10 packs. Yes I received all 10. I pulled one diamond, Mullins and 1 gold. Everything else is bronze silver and common. Extremely disappointed not sure I will waste this much time of my life to get these twitch packs again.
-
Has anyone else had any luck getting the packs not delivered during the streams?
I have been getting the cut and paste runaround from SDS and am still short on the packs that were to be given out.
It seems like they do not have any valid solution for this. -
If they were Show packs, then I think I got them.
If, like last year, they were in Twitch-specific wrappers, then Twitch said I got them but the game said "uh ... no!"
