Good point! Now I can put Vlad Sr on my Jays theme team because he had a cup of coffee with the 51s when they were their AAA affiliate.

I wouldn’t use his 99 eitherLmao I know. I tried to make it work with him in 19 but he would just get shelled. And pitching is my forte. Sad, but he'd be an omission here. MAYBE if he had a 5th pitch

I don't buy it. Having someone with the same name is not a worthy replacement. I applaud the effort though.
I love Pudge, but if the point is to make it a Yankees theme team, you gotta have the best Yankees catcher not name Berra in Jorge Posada. Pudge played 22 games for the Yankees. Posada won 5 rings.
