1st red is rookie scherzer and you only need 1 run with 12 outs on rookie.
2nd is all star scherzer on vet only need 1 run with 5 outs and start with man on 3rd
3rd is live series scherzer on veteran need 2 runs with 12 outs and 2 runners on.
last is milestone scherzer you go in tied at 15 with 20 outs.
even ppl who struggle with showdown should have no problem with this one. -
I think I beat the showdown in less than 12 total swings

I swear, this place cracks me up sometimes. At least people can't be upset about the fact that 99 diamond studs like Mantle just rained down from the heavens.

I did a 'Reaction Society' special, saw 'Showdown' and said no way. If its that easy, then I'll do it.....Friday, lol. No rush. -

You're making fun, but I see your an XBOX player. If you played some of last seasons Showdowns, you'd know why most despise the mode.
I've been playing since at least MLB The Show 07, and play on PS5. I have a joint account since I also have a Series S with the Game Pass version, but I hardly ever use it. I'm more than familiar with showdown. They're not that bad. There is only one or two this year I didn't pass on the first try.

Easy showdown that you get to load up on big bats:
Showdown has 3 mini bosses before final Mad Max. No blue missions and 500 stubs per entry (which you will get back!). Each mini boss awards 5 runs and you need 16 runs total to win the final showdown.First mini boss is Max Scherzer on the D-backs and only need 1 run with 12 outs. Second mini boss is Max Scherzer in Washington again 1 run needed , #9 spot starts at 3B, and only 5 outs. Third mini boss is Max in LA with needing 3 runs with 12 outs and #8 spot on 3B and #9 spot on 2B (first swing by Vladdy Daddy on the first pitch was all that was needed). Final showdown has 20 outs and should only need 1 run!. My final showdown lineup was:

97 (P3 to 99) Juan Soto
99 Prince Fielder
99 Matt Kemp
90 (p1 to 91) Justin Turner

I hate how they are trying to force people to do showdowns now in these programs. First the Clemente one where you had to either play online or do the showdown and now this one. The card isn’t any better than some of the TA4 cards so this will be a pass for me.
