At least he’s a corner infielder so hopefully his defense isn’t as unplayable as bichette in the outfield
Didn't Castillo have a long swing like Piazza?
After looking up some video on his swing, it’ll probably be on par with many of the other legends like piazza and Schmidt. I really hope not, but there’s not much movement and he uses a little leg kick/step pretty late so the in game swing will probably suck.
I hope I’m wrong!

Its not even that the H/9s are low, its that no hitter cards and Degrom ruined the expectation for SP H/9

Its not even that the H/9s are low, its that no hitter cards and Degrom ruined the expectation for SP H/9
The consistency with these stats is all over the place. But we’ll never know how SDS decides them

Vinny was a great defender.
He played around the time I was born so I’m not really familiar with him, especially since he was a west coast(ish) guy. But I’m definitely glad to hear that!

I’d expect 80+ fielding. Possibly diamond with P5.

As a die hard Orioles fan I almost would prefer Brady Anderson over Cal. Cal swing isn't great in game. Plus I want a legit centerfielder. Trout is great. Kemp is pretty good. He's let me down few times already. Dominguez is awesome but his stats are a little low this late in the year, Rightfield is stacked with talent. If you move them to a secondary they lose some attributes which isn't a huge deal for some but still want a centerfielder.

Great defender, very consistent hitter, and one of the nicest guys I ever met from the Rockies. Absolutely LOVE him in the game!

That's pretty much the perfect example of what steroids allowed players to be capable of. If you add his next 2 best yearly HR totals together, it still wouldnt equal that year. An absolute anomaly of a season.

He was definitely in the roids. He was good friends with Palmeiro. I remember leaving a game at Camden Yards and I saw Brady and Palmeiro in a convertible together. Probably heading back to shoot up.

NYY: Lou Gehrig but hoping for Mickey Mantle there.
I could be wrong, but it feels like they still have 4 inning programs to fill. Mantle seems like he would be a wanted boss. There could be a collection reward for checking in all of the TA1-4 cards though that would make the grind worth it to all who did all of the TA's.
