Pedro Martinez boss?
-
This may be a dumb question, but how do people already have the 6th inning bosses? I know they capped gameplay XP at 35K daily. I know you can get XP from other means but idk how someone would already have 350K XP in a few days. I'm probably missing something, but I don't get it.

I think people are completing archetypes on the ballplayer programs. Decent XP rewards on the end of those paths and they don’t count against the daily limit. It’s a grind tho.
-
Lots of videos out there. They are doing the archetype grind. It takes approx. 18 hours of game play, assuming you haven't completed all the archtypes already.
I enjoy playing the game too much to bother with that, and these cards aren't must haves right now anyway (IMO).

And it's likely a different group of players doing this grind than the walk method, since it is likely that the walk method players were also the same people who simmed all of the ballplayer programs for endless hours earlier in the year to get diamond equipment.

I'm at about 150k and except for daily moments haven't played at all since Friday night. I haven't done the math, but even without any archetype grinding or exploits the hardcore grinders who cap out every day have to at least be getting close to the boss pack

Yeah, I got him and sold him for a million on Saturday. Grinded RTTS for about 8-10 hours total Friday and Saturday combined.

So 8 hours of RTTS got you to 350K+ XP?

If you can maximize your gameplay on the specific stats you need. You get 100,000 in "reward" xp per arch, bronze-diamond. It was probably closer to 12 hours total but 10 of actual gameplay. The other 2 hours were spent writing down what I needed and backing out then entering a new game. Ie. You get 3 points for x steals, I would get those steals in one game back out and repeat. Sprinkle the XBH and other missions in with them.
Edit: I also locked in the Inning Bosses for 50k (which I bought well before they skyrocketed) and did conquest for 25k

I'm in no rush to get the program done this time around. Last program I finished with 13 days left and had nothing to really play for. I really wanted Pedro when they announced it was him but now he might not even be my choice,

Yeah I'm dead set on Pedro but the more I think about it the more I want that Kemp card too.

I get grinding it out if you really want one of the cards right away. But there are so much easier ways to make stubs. Completely doable to make a mil in half that time if you know how to flip.

I have 1.1 million right now but I still want to save stubs for new players they release.

I’ve got a nice nest egg myself and I’m saving for what’s coming later. Here pretty soon there will be so many diamond cards practically given away on conquest maps and stuff that making stubs will be even easier. I want Pedro and that’s who I’ll take when I get to 350 but I’m in no hurry. The other two I’ll buy when the price gets reasonable. Usually about two weeks before the inning ends.

Pedro HR in my first offline game with him - might be favorite debut of the year
He also hit 100 which I was kind of surprised about. Curious how he’s played online if anyone has reviews as he seems pretty good to me.

LOL - Pedro just homered again for me at TEX. #pitcherswhorake

Yes it’s the easiest way I think now… I am only 12k from the boss

So far so good online. His change up is dirty. I planned on selling him while his price was high around 275k but haven’t pulled the trigger and see his value keeps dropping with time. 3-0 with 1.08 era in first 4 starts.
