I’m biased, but for real, JT ASG is the single best catcher in the game. I know loads of people use Schwarber, but he can’t throw anyone out either. JT hits both sides really well, and his reverse stats play extremely well when opponents try to play matchup games with him.
I said it the first week the card came out. JT is unreal.

I prefer ASG JT, Awards Posada, and HRD Salvy but I keep them all because I want all the friggin cards. I only ever sell duplicates. But if you really have to choose, I'd take JT beteen the 2.

I wouldn't say Posada is better than JT but he's really good. He gets on base all time and smacks a few homers here and there. Easily a top 5 catcher IMO.

Team JT here and I was late to the party so only have him parallel 4. Even without the defense, he is an amazing hitter.

I think the real question is JT vs Schwarbs. I still think JT wins. Piazza sucks IMO. I had him and sold him. He doesnt do anything better than JT plus his swing is awful.
