where?
If you go to Game History, I think that's what its called. It's the third tab over from Manage Squad.
Then you select the game you just played and select 'Report'.
Connection issue is the first one available. Not sure if it means with the game or with the opponent.
And it doesn't give you a follow up.

My hopes would be that people sending in grief reports that are frivolous and unwarranted get a warning themselves, and if they continue to do it then they get banned.

I reported someone today. Not sure what good it could do. It doesn’t ask for any details.

My grief report was putting a two run walk off shot in BR over the wall to a bunt dancer.

Do we get a prompt/notice when/if someone files a grief report against us? Is there a way to check? Got into a 1B extra step off battle with a guy for easily 10 minutes in BR yesterday, assume that near the end as he paused he was filing a report cause I kept stepping off the mound.
Expect people that actually should have reports filed against them will actually be the primary originators for these.
