Very rarely do I play more than 4 or 5 hours in a day anyway. Your post just confirms what I already suspected, that this change will have little to no impact on me.

So I I wanted to play tomorrow morning, say 11am EST; I could hit my limit by 4/5pm EST and won't be able to incur any XP until early Sunday morning?

So just play the game for fun. When I get to 650 K with a week left I still continue to play because I like baseball even though the game drives me nuts. I'm not doggy on you at all but you are in the minority most people don't play that much in one day. I'm sure they will get some statistics or whatever and up the XP to probably 50k but it may take a few days or a week or two. I'm sure at this point of the season we are just test dummies for next year's game and what they want to implement. A lot of people have already left. Now is when they test things only the diehards are left and I usually leave after the World Series in real life is over plus Battlefield will be coming out.

Ok, I get the frustration. But there are only about half a dozen decent rewards on the reward path anyway. If you’re the kind of dude who plays 5+ hours a day, I don’t think you’re going to care when you hit the cap and are no longer working toward another headliner 2-pack or a bat skin you’ll never use or 2500 stubs or whatever. People are freaking out like they’re taking food out of our mouths.

I hit about 32k doing the Shark map, TN, and Brewers innings.

I guess it doesn’t tell u when u hit it just doesn’t accept anymore..l I scored 14 runs it gave me 1024 xp total for game

8 hours sleep, 8 hours work, 5 hours gaming, maybe touch grass for 3 hours a day?

I just completed the spiral map 2 1/2 hours. Played a few extra inning games. Another 2 hours. After all that I’m at 52k xp. If I cap out I’ll be at 60ish. Unless you’re playing non stop I don’t see an issue with the cap. This is only day one!

I only have 21k in the 6th inning and got the message cap reached, timer's at 2,5 hours! -
The cap starts at 8pm for me.
I completed the conquest map, played a couple ranked games and 2 extra inning games this morning and I reached the cap half way through the 2nd extra inning game.
It did seem to be met much quicker than I thought!
And it has stopped me playing. What’s the point… I didn’t think it would. But it has. So I’ve loaded up GTA. Silly SDS.

If so, there's your XP. For some assume reason they decided to implement it BEFORE the new Inning dropped and WHILE they still had Double XP going.

Yeah, you can abuse the [censored] out of the Ballplayer Archetypes; but lord forbid you actually want to play the game modes that YOU want to play.
I mean the main purpose of DD is to earn the best cards possible by gaining XP.

OK, understand. If they dropped the cap thing bevor the 6th inning then it could be possible that I hit the cap.
I was done with the 5th inning last Sunday. But you do still collect XP.
this is [censored], on a normal base I don't reach 35k a day, now I'm stitting here drinking coffee and waiting for the timer to run out
