How is Marcus Stroman not a gold?

With an ERA right now at 2.85 and around 3.00 since 2019 with a WHIP around 1.20 how is Storman still a silver? Makes little to no sense as a similar pitcher in Zach Wheeler in the same timeframe has a 3.26 ERA and a 1.14 WHIP is a Diamond. Can someone maybe explain this to me since just confused on the logic behind this from SDS.

Besides this one year from Wheeler their similar in the last 3 years overall on strikeouts per innings. I'm not saying Wheeler should be down, but Stroman should be at the minimum 80 overall. This just seems way out of whack.

I googled his career stats and it looks like he was pretty terrible in 18. I know they somehow factor in an average of the player's last three seasons, so maybe that’s enough to drag his rating down.
