For the last event of the year, I’d love to see sds make the requirement to exclude pxp level 5 cards. I think it would add lineup diversity and it would be so much fun to play with and against different cards.

Personally, once I get a card to level 5, I never use that card again.

So in essence, cards that you worked hard all year to parallel wouldn’t be in use?

Yeah that sounds like an awesome idea..

You never use a card you level fived ever again? You will be losing out on using some good cards.

I get where OP is coming from: once you P5 a card, you want to work on paralleling another.

Still, you're almost de-incentivizing getting cards to that level and I'm not sure SDS wants to incept the idea of "don't use your best cards".

At the end of the game, there is very little lineup diversity, everyone will be using the meta. This prevents everyone from using DeGrom every game (or whomever is dominant at that point in the cycle).

You can still use any card you want in RS, but half the fun of the events are the restrictions. Otherwise it would just be 3 inning RS games.

As for missing out on fun cards, I disagree, I get a lot of fun out of the cards that I get to P5. Once I hit that level, it’s time for me to explore new cards. It was very though to move on from FS Jason Dominguez…he was a stud for me. Then I put in AS Mullins and have enjoyed him just as much.

I didn’t know that people were actually interested in that last event.
