Another Daily Moment Complaint Thread

Yes. Another one. It’s good you gave us extra days to complete moments for people on vacation. I am constantly seeing people complain about non player locked multiple inning moments. This is pretty much a conquest game, not a moment. If it is not player locked, don’t make it a daily moment. How many times do we have to complain about these before you actually listen to us and do something about it?

I didn't find this one even remotely as annoying as the actual 3 inning games. It says take the lead and win, so you smack a couple of dingers and you pitch it out. No problem.

I had a little problem with it, but I’d rather do that no power Clemente mission that gave me a ton of issues over this one. At least that one was player locked

What appeals to you about player lock?

Draw a walk, bomb with trout. Pitch the rest of the game. This one wasn’t bad at all.

If SDS made every change that people mention in this forum...
- There would be updates every single night, which people then complain about that...
- Every day the game would play different, and people would complain about that...
- Everyday people would still complain how the game was inconsistent...
- Everyday people would complain to remove the updates that people complained that they wanted...
- Gameplay would never get fixed because SDS would be to worried about if the daily moment is ok, if players' socks are ok, and so on...
- Absolutely no one would be happy with game...
SDS is better off selecting which fixes to make and ignore many of the things that people say on this forum!

All this work for 1 point. Multi inning multi points. No? It's probably not that hard. I just don't care to do it. Atleast now I know the hype around trout.

It’s a good point.
Should there just be a blanket 1 pt per moment and the max you can get is dependant on days of the month
Or should they go to up to 100pts? But some moments might be worth 7pts such as a 3 inning game, a 1 hit on Vet 1pt etc
Maybe it needs a refresh

I put in a PR and got a double to bring in that runner on second, then bullpened their butts.

Pretty ridiculous you're complaining about 1 and 1/2 innings. They already hand out so much for free. Try earning a card here and there.

I'm not a fan of the multi-inning ones (Take a lead/win the game types). Unless (and they should) be the ones that count for 2 points instead of 1.

I prefer the ones that aren’t player locked. I feel like I’m in better control of the defense.

Another multi inning one? Wow. And it’s nearly impossible to hit a home run in citi field. EVERYTHING I am hitting is a warning track out.
SDS needs to get rid of these multi inning ‘moments.’ This one doesn’t even make sense. Daily moments should be about recreating history. How is our DD team about doing this?

Yup. I’ll add to the frustration. This should have been a two batter daily moment for me. First batter, 99 trea turner hit one where the CF jumped at the wall to catch. Next batter, 99 Jackie Robinson hit one to left center where the LF jumped at the wall to catch. I quit.
I’ve said it before, they need to set up daily moments so the rate of success on good swings is way way way higher.
If we are recreating moments, then give us a batter (or pitcher) with numbers that reflect the context of that moment. Need to hit a homer on a 3-0 pitch with the bases loaded? Then, give me a hitter with 100+ Power and the pitcher better be throwing the ball down the middle of the plate.
Daily moments program needs to be rethought. IMO.
