If he was banned&; he wouldn't he able to play Moments, Conquest, M20, Showdow, etc.
Have you tried a different PS4? If so, and it worked; then it's your console and you'll need to buy another one.

Their email and support team are there for support but now they just ignore. The problem is their servers time out time frame. It’s too short. Guaranteed if they increased the time by 10-15 seconds before their servers time out it Youwill fix the problem with everyone.
From what you are saying. ....it seems to me you have cheap Internet or haven't paid the bill. Loser! You're probably the biggest cheater also. Just an assumption.

Just tried my sons, it works on his.
Edit: i know my playstation does have a hard drive issue. But i bought an extended hard drive and installed mlb on that. Wouldn’t that fix it in theory? Or does ps4 still use the internal for loading? I wonder if i have the internal hard drive out if it will use the external one by default and load off of that.

What a weirdo, have gigabit internet, all my bills are paid on time or early. Cheating in a video game is pointless, minds well not even play.

I hate to tell you this, but you're probably @#$% out of luck. Be thankful the rest of the game works. I bought Madden 19 and never got past the Terms and Conditions screen - it just froze there. Just some odd bug with the bundle of PS4 that I bought. I found a few others that had the same problem. It's just unfortunate there is zero chance of me getting my money back for the game.
Or maybe you've been banned.
Either way, I think you're effed, man. Sorry. By chance did you buy the Uncharted bundle?

You can email SDs support and ask if you are banned. If so they will let you know and the reason.

Well the servers are still slow and I cannot finish the Mothers Day Conquest. People yell about starting new threads so I figured I'd search for an old one.
Its just bad. Like... how can people be proud of this product? Or are they proud of the revenue?
