3 weeks in still haven’t got into 1 event, br or ranked game. I’ve been emailing and bug reporting and they basically told me it’s my internet i told them mlb 19 works fine and now they are just about ignoring me.

What do you expect them to do? Nobody else is having this issue, it’s clearly a you thing, they can’t help with that

I tried suggesting something to do and you dismissed it and not being worth the time. So anything you complain about from this point forward is falling on deaf ears.

I plugged it directly into my router so that wouldn’t do anything. It is not an internet issue. It is a them issue. I can play mlb 19 on all modes, i can play rated online against other players. I appreciate any advice it’s just what you suggested isn’t what is wrong. Thank you.

There is other people having this same issue, i’ve talked to about 100 different people, sure it’s not a lot but it’s a huge problem no matter what. Their email and support team are there for support but now they just ignore. The problem is their servers time out time frame. It’s too short. Guaranteed if they increased the time by 10-15 seconds before their servers time out it will fix the problem with everyone.

ya man, I hate to say it and agree, but it sounds like you got banned. google it. it has happened to others. they kick you from DD online access.

I had the same problem and bought a new ps4 and it works now. I believe it is the internal hard drive. Mine has been slow ever since it got a corrupted file on it 1 year ago and I had the ps4 for 5 years.
