Who should I lock in as my last milestone card for Mookie?

My line of thinking is if I should lock a card, might as well be one I will be using all year? (or close to it)
Options are:
Kiner (probably wouldn’t use but better long term value)
Jansen (pretty much end game BP arm but expensive)
Gossage (not sure if he makes my BP honestly)
Blue (won’t use but cheaper)
Ryan (is he any good?)
Mathewson (won’t use but will only go up from here)
Leiter (currently using, expensive, is he end-game?)Id always go lowest value currently. Next and/or final collection may still require more so if prices really get stupid better to have your top dollar guys waiting, in case you decide to sell then.

I really need to get over the idea of locking in every card. Every year if I haven't locked a card I do it first then I sell off any duplicates. I need to stop this because so many cards I end up never using and I can't sell now either...Im just afraid I'll sell off a card then the next month it was needed for some program.

Do you plan on locking in the 5th inning bosses? Ryan is the answer. As far as usability and end game value though you can't go wrong with Jansen or Gossage IMO
Is Ryan any good? Haven’t faced him yet. I like Jansen. Gossage I just wasn’t sure who to put him in for (Reyes, Jansen, Mo, Lee Smith, Dibble)
Probably Reyes
He's ok. Probably somewhere in the Crochet range for how good he is. Haven't used him on HOF though just in the event. Gossage is really good though. I have all those guys in my pen with Gossage instead of Smith.

Worth noting I haven’t opened any of my WS packs last three seasons.
Pack 1: Seager, Wieters, Fielder, Sandberg, 92 Ryan (Sandberg currently highest value)
Pack 2: Seager, Wieters, Blue and Justice
Pack 3: Goose, Walker, Blue, JusticeMaybe just take Blue out of the 2nd pack, keep all highest value cards as options for the last collection/sell off after?

I wouldn’t recommend Kiner. Sure, his bat is great, but that bronze shield makes him a defensive liability in the outfield.
And don’t forget—this inning program has a 90+ Live Series Diamond card to get at the end. What you spend now you can make up later with what you pull from that pack.

Laughs in Scherzer, Vlad, or Muncy

Thanks for the input guys, I’m debating Goose, Blue and Jansen. I’ll figure it out by the time I make my run to WS
