So you would rather have let’s say one program drop every month that’s longer and takes more to do for the same reward than a program of some type drop every week that’s shorter? That’s a new one for me.

Nope, just something to work on between all the easy stuff. Like multiple extreme programs/conquest/moments through the year.

Yea I’d take a big conquest extreme program drop for sure. But I’m guessing you mainly play offline. Which is fine of course because online can be frustrating but you do have to remember when you’re doing that you’re cutting out a huge portion of grinding. I know when o was playing online more a few weeks ago there is no way I could have done RS, BR and events and kept up with offline. I had to cut out some and choose what rewards I was going for.

Now if you’re getting 40 in RS, completing events and BR programs and doing all the offline stuff, I mean there’s only so much they can put out and making the programs longer isn’t going to fix it for you imo.

I play everything, just grinded out the BR program and have played about 120 RS games. Events are hit and miss for me, sometimes I will play them.

You e played the game 800 hours not everyone has 800 to give to the game

A bunch of those are fake hours. I just leave DD up and turn off my monitor until my PS5 goes to sleep.

How many hours or a single hour do you think it will take you to do the new program showdown and map? today

I was thinking about this yesterday lol. 10 rounds of showdown takes 30-45 mins; but if it’s a 5 round showdown, it should take about 20-30 mins. If the conquest is a 10 team (15 mins per game) and add 2 games to steal 5 mil fans equals out to about 3 hours. Totaling about 3 hours and 30 mins - 4 hours unless you have to redo showdown, which would suck lol

I think that as a general rule people stay more involved when the goals are shorter and more manageable. And as mentioned by someone else I assume that SDS has the numbers to back this up. They would be stupid not to keep statistics on player engagement.

Back in 18 when everything was one big stats grind for those immortals, I quit the game in May when I realized that I was not going to get them done. I had all of 50 hours invested that year (that was the year I think they also added Archetypes to RTTS and I was not a fan of that either).

Question: Aren't player parallels simply long stat grinds you work on long term?

I'm the opposite. I got 18 at the end of the season, and played until 20. I didnt stop until I finished every program, team epic, and mission available. It was a feat that catered to a completionist mindset.

I fully understand I am in the minority for that, but at the same time there are many players whose goal it is to have every card. It's kind of the same mindset.

And they dropped the ball again. Don't get me wrong this is a great set of rewards but most of us will complete the majority of it in a few days and we are back to no reason to play the game. At least give us something that is challenging and stop putting all this time waste content out there. You can literally complete the majority of the content they have released with one eye on the screen and one on the tv. Everyone complains that it is too hard or takes too long because they are so use to the instant gratification and don't want to have to actually put forth any effort to get the rewards. Perfect example is people complaining daily about how hard moments are... that are on ROOKIE/VETERAN difficulty! The only thing we have to look forward to that is actually challenging is the Extreme Program/Conquest. GIVE US MORE LIKE THAT! Make us work for the content and not mindlessly grind buckets of easy [censored].

Why don't you do something else? Seriously....If you're a teenager still in high school, my sincerest apologies. But I'm a grown man, have a full time job, raising three children, I maybe squeeze in one ranked game a day, or a couple events games a day...There is no possible way I could complete all of the programs and engage in all the content SDS has put out all season. And if I had your kind of time....what I wouldn't give...Jesus....go outside bro, lift some weights, meet some women, learn how to cook, go experience life.....there is a whole treasure trove of life out there for you to experience...have some fun bro.

Personally I'd skip the showdown. I started it and it seemd very long.

I just did the conquest loading my lineup with award, milestone, yankees and white sox and knocked out most of the moments.
Gonna grind the event for the rest since I was gonna do it anyway. After 2.5ish hours im at 71 points and will either finish tonight or tommorrow.

Again, I am not complaining about the content. I just wish it was actually difficult. I can't be the only one that feels this way. TA3 took all of maybe 5 hours to fully complete. No reason why anyone should be able to complete 6 programs in 5 hours.

I think you should puff your chest out more. Come on, I know you can do it.

Yeah, attack me... That is a reasonable response. I am an adult with a family, I do work full time, I play rec basketball every day M-F, I work on my woodworking projects on the weekends in my shop, my daughter has cup soccer 4 days a week, I know how to cook and cook dinner almost every day. What else would you like for me to do? Do I enjoy playing a video game 2-3 hours a night? Yes. Just because I manage my time better doesn't mean that I don't have a life. Obviously there is a possible way to complete everything. Good for you on having a full time job and raising children like the majority of the longtime users on this forum.

Just finished this last night. Probably spent in total about 3-4 hours. Once I got 5 event wins I was already at 97 points as I had completed the other missions and had done conquest/moments. Just did the Felix mission offline to finish it off

Right around 5 hours to finish. They have a repeatable 5 event wins gives you 16 points. I got 10 wins (4-5 of those were first or second inning quits), while playing those I loaded my event lineup as efficiently as I could to complete missions at the same time, did the SD (about 30 mins) and some moments.

I second this. Probably took me 4-5 hours total to complete the program last night. Honestly the only card out of the bunch I'll use is Felix. He probably won't be too good online but I'm a fan of his so I'll rock it.
