Ouch. 150k for 50k worth of cards. This game is a cheat!
Yeah, I just bough all 5 base cards for about 9k each when it dropped. 45 k much better deal than 150k. There will likely be more of these packs later, but I think these cards will actually go up short term with the Stub sale and once the people brave enough to but packs purchase their 5.

My biggest thing is everyone wants the rare round but does anyone like their swings? I'm not a fan of Piazza or Schmidt swing. Plus I think Swharber or All Star J.T. and Chipper are pretty close to being locks for those positions. I obviously wanted the rare round too when I bought the pack but I got the base round. Still haven't decided who I will take in it. I have 1 million stubs left and feel like I can't afford those packs still,

I got a rare round in the first pack and sold him for about 130K. Base round in the next four packs, so I ended up getting 4 base cards for about 33K total, so I only got a very small discount had I bought them off the market. Probably shoulda just kept Grove lol.

I was gonna quit on the 20th when I leave for school but it might be that time now.

Imo the KB card is pretty legit. Good contact, good power, good defense decent speed. And can play 3B, 1B and all three OF spots. Solid card and will be a good all around bench bat for me.

I picked up KB. Lou Brock would be my second choice. I probably should've just picked them up off the market though.

I’m terrible at this game so my opinion shouldn’t count for anything, but I loved Palmer back in 20 and especially 19, when I tried to be at least a bit more competitive. I always love Konerko too, but there’s not much need for a slow right-handed slugger with poor defense at 1B.

That Konerko is basically the same as his White Sox collection card. In my opinion.

Zero chance I pull them with stubs. Got base round out of the program. Big shock there. I did buy the other 4 base too as I work towards mookie. 13/15. So close and yet so far lol.

loved Palmer in prior years, and his delivery change has been brought up, i prefer the old delivery but his stuff still plays like prior years.i know Schmidts swing and he was and always will be my favorite player since i was 5. big surprise was Konerko,used him for wsox xbh and by the end of the conquest he had 7 of the 10 , 4 of them hrs. -

had tn kiriloff then thome for ALC team so didnt use the collect one much, after this one i kinda regret that a little.

Does anybody know when these packs disappear from the Shop? I'm trying to figure out if I should hang onto the Lefty and Piazza cards I bought off the market.

Friday, but that's only a guess.
Even if/when the packs do leave, they'll resurface eventually as a Program/Event/Conquest reward (like the 42 packs and ASG/HRD packs.)

Hopefully there will be a decent period of profitability before that happens, although I know there isn't the same demand for these as the HRD/ASG packs due to the Ohtani collection.
