Card you’re most disappointed in?
-
Cabrera, he is a pinata when I use him… when I go against him he is Cy Young Pedro Martinez
-
I’m a terrible hitter. So anyone batting over around .270 is elite for me. So Mullins/Baines/Franco/Perez
.250-.270 is normal -Chipper, Ortiz, Jackie,Acuna
Now. Below .220 (the point of this thread)
Surprised no one has mentioned Trout !
Trout hits about .180 for me after 100 games.
Soriano about .199
Schwarber - .185I’m still persisting with Kyle as I want to get him over that Mendoza line. But if it’s a leftie starter i bring in Perez straight away.
-
AllStar Hank Aaron. Over 150 ABs, and batting around .188 with him. I hit the ball on the screws with him, but I can never get one to fall in. Popups, screaming line drives to the corner infielders, deep fly balls to the track when no one is on, but double play balls with RISP. It's a frustrating card.
-
Also...any Larry Walker card. From last season to this season. His swing doesn't work for me. I constantly strike out or get on top of balls.
-
All righties against righty pitchers match ups... i was never this hard to be good at righty vs righty matchups. So all the right handers I see being released do not work for me, or that are the game have been a disappointment, except a few exceptions.

Mariano. Man I hate his card and wish I never locked in for it.
Because they screwed with his motion its different from last year , he throws the ball really weird hard to control.

Soriano, schwerber, Ortiz, vlad jr
Ortiz is probably my best hitter. It's really weird. I'm right handed and I hit much better with lefty bats. I wonder if others have the same experience.

Milestone Soriano. Just terrible. I simply can't hit with him, and I don't know what the deal is.
It took me a while to get use to Soriano but when I did sheesh he’s good.

Lol! Maybe I just need to practice more with him. Not on atm. Is there a practice mode where I could use his specific card? That would be nice.
-
For practice I just play casual on HOF
-
Sandoval. Trash.
Eddie Murray. Trash. -
Ryne Sandberg is my all-time favorite player and every year I seem to struggle hitting with him. Always disappointing.

Chris Davis. I’m like 0-54 with him
Wow this game really is very realistic!

I’ve been terrible with ever Mariano card, every year. Same with Mantle. -
To begin the year - 89 Alomar. It's like that every year though
-
The new Buehler. Dudes probably going to win the CY young and this card just isn't that good.
-
Every year - Diamond Frank Thomas

Yep but his finest card is going to be filth

The birthday card my dad never sends me!
--oh, wait, wrong forum.Um, 99 Soriano.
