I'm getting really tired of online as well. It's so stupid that any pitcher can put any pitch right where they want it almost every time. It isn't fun. After level 400 you get nothing but games with sinkers, cutters, and 101 mph 4seams right on the black and then 15-20mph slower offsides that levitate in the middle of the zone way to long then drop off.
It's in events and BR too because pitchers woth sub 70 control dot all day as well. Ppp sucks

I saw a tip on here a while ago that helps a lot. Jump into a casual game on legend. The games usually don’t go nine because people tend to quit because it doesn’t count. After a few innings on legend the hof pitch speeds seem like noting.

I literally cringe playing RS right now. BR isn't an option as I want to play the team I worked hard to build and this current event doesn't really allow me to work on paralleling cards I use outside of some relief pitchers.
45-50 minute games for 2-1, 1-0 scores with a sprinkling of hits and 13+ Ks for both teams is not fun. I can't even imagine how most of WS players bother playing on legend.
RS rewards are pure trash outside of WS so why not let us choose our own difficulty?
not a rant just frustrated that when I have time to play I just don't have the desire to do so because I gotta play in HOF and just quitting out on purpose makes me feel like someone that sits to pee.
Games are mind numbingly boring because the pitches warp when the connections are bad which is a lot. Other day score 10 runs in 1.2 innings against DeGrom. Tonight, 1 hit through 6 and just quit. I can't hit 110 mph pitches. Done with these games. I'll just quit as they are zero fun. I'll keep going until I find a game with normal pitch speeds. Must be nice to play on the coast and have the same pitch speeds all the time. Do you think you guys can put a server in the Midwest or just cater to the coast players?
Yea, I don't bother playing on legend anymore. Can't hit warping pitches on all star and HOF, legend is out of the question. I literally have to find a good day with connections and make my WS run then. Think I am up to 150 quits so far. Would love to challenge myself but these warping pitch speeds aren't a challenge but a joke. Would love to see what they should actually be. Every game is a [censored] shoot.

I threw a 1 hit cg shutout. Legend is insanely hard. Events only lets you use certain cards so it’s tough and I went 12-0 so the BR program I finished way quicker than all the other times. I guess I’m just using the game as a trading card collection now while periodically playing a game on legend here and there because I can’t play it more than a couple times a day without getting super frustrated

Yea I’ve been doing “mini seasons” with random theme teams against CPU on HOF. I can’t do legend lol

Do you still get the same parallels/xp as you would in play vs CPU? Might have to try it for a change of pace.
1.5 Parallel XP on Legend. Which is the same as online play.

Pitch speeds fluctuate. Most people that are not blind would agree with me. Has zero to do with how good or bad I am. Ooooh, I am not elite at a baseball video game, whatever will I do.

Bro, enough already. The “coasts” aren’t perfect either. I’m in SoCal and travel to East cost as well, and have plenty of games with bad connections and warped pitching. I get just as frustrated, but I’m not going to keep throwing one segment of players under the bus. This is a global issue. I’m sure the streamers have their issues as well, they aren’t going to stream the crappy games, it doesn’t generate revenue. Keep complaining about connection speed, not disagreeing with you there, but you gotta stop thinking it’s a conspiracy against the middle of the entire US.

I haven't played enough Ranked to even get to HoF yet, but even on All Star the pitch speeds fluctuate for me at times. Some games I rake and some games, like my most recent game, I can't hit anything. It went 11 innings and I got 4 hits... one of which was a 2 run bomb in extras to put me ahead. Only thing that saved me was my opponent was worse than me... I threw an 11 inning combined perfect game with 24 Ks. That probably shouldn't happen lol even if my opponent WAS swinging at every pitch.

I normally struggle to see outlier (I’m an AS player. HoF no interest)
But this morning around 9am UKT I played someone who had De Grom. I saw ALL his pitches perfectly fine. I was even early on a few. I got 10 hits and 2 runs off of him (best ever for me!)
I never play on a Monday morning normally because you know. Work. But I wonder if time of day makes any difference.

Diamond Dynasty in general has become boring. The game really needs Online Franchise to return, by the time 22 drops it will have been 5 years since the gamemode was lost.
