Someone told me before that does YouTube videos that the suggested play feature of YouTube works off of the thumbnails of videos and the more open the face is, the better. He used to do it all the time too and would always get ripped apart for it but that's what he told me.

CBrev is the only S-tier MLB The Show creator based on quality of content. A few others reach A-Tier (GutFoxx, Ance, and a couple of the popular dudes). People watch most of the popular guys for some other reason, not because of quality content related to the game. Some of these The Show "influencers" even brag about being toxic or having toxic players or using toxic stadiums. No need for that stuff in the game, let alone having the loudest voices brag about doing it all just for clicks.
I like Cbrev, his content is focused on helping players get better. If you want pure entertainment, watch daddy dimmu

If you think about it, it's really not any more absurd than people spending their time watching other men play sports. Why watch football/baseball/hockey when you go go out and do it yourself?
I don't regularly watch Twitch steams, but sometimes I'll check out parts of streams from Kinda Funny since I listen their podcasts. For MLB The Show, I only watch KevinGOHD on YouTube. I stumbled across his channel a few years back when I was too sick to play regularly, and now it's just part of my routine. It helps that they'e short videos. I couldn't imagine watching someone play for more than 10 minutes or so.

KevinGOHD is the only guy I watch. I've watched em all and for a time, I enjoyed Fuzzy but last year, he put me off completely when he did his toxic squads and then complained when it happened to him.
KevinGOHD is a personality he plays, and I like it.
I'd love to play him once with my Expos Squad vs his Blue Jays squad to continue the old MTL vs TOR rivalry.
I'd get my "Québecois" [censored] kicked, but it would be so damned fun and worth it!

PapaVaz is a good one to watch if you’re mature and not into raging. Good guy, lots of fun in there. I put him on in the background when I’m working sometimes.

hahaha well said. he is pretty narcissistic. Mcgunski is usually my go to as far as elite pitchers but hes been busy lately lol so ive been stuck with Kyle

Kevin is entertaining. For people who are like " I don't understand why grown men watch other grown men play a video game." Jugsy and alot of other streamers provide super knowledgeable commentary like a podcast. You should ask "why do people listen to the [censored] radio.... then". I don't think Kyle is a top player by any stretch now. I hope he is successful. Unfortunately, when he streams other games he gets like 5% viewership. Maybe it is different in the future and if he makes an ear licking/bubble bath stream he gets 20K subs and this forum would blowup.
