That’s because people don’t take pitches or work counts and get CGs in 80 pitches, plus the 110+ stamina regen is ridiculous

It's all about rest if you beat a guy in 9 with throwing 75 pitches then they are gonna be fresh a game later if you take and run counts into the 100+ it takes 2-3 games or them come back with lower energy and you tee off that simple

Update: I counted. 7 of my last 8 opponents in RS started either Kluber or Newhouser.

I made a long post about this. And it’s not even about working the count or getting them to 100 pitches. I usually throw newhouser for around 110 pitches and he’s still ready to go 2 games later. Energy usage needs to be harsher and the recovery needs to be slower.

Idk what I’m doing differently, but a five man rotation seems to be perfect for me. If SDS nerfs stamina, I may be screwed.

I think they just need to adjust recovery for starters. Also if someone quits in the first, your SP is full the second next game. Bad combo for lesser players facing behemoths

Just think about how bad it’s gonna be when everyone is silver 40 and has both Kluber and Newhouser lol. That’s all anyone will see.

We can all agree the stamina needs fixing . Especially with newhouser. He can pitch every 2 games with that stamina at 124

I personally liked the 5 man random rotation . Not sure why they swayed from that this year . Much more variety in the guys you’ll see . Like stated above soon as everyone gets to level 40 silver , all you’ll see is newhouser and Kluber.

This, I don’t agree with. I’m a big fan of choosing your starter. It’s fun to sort of strategize who pitches when. For example, I was ~3 games away from WS, I started Glavine game one, Smoltz game two, and saved Kluber for the final game, even though he was ready to go for game one. It’s fun to be able to do that.

I'm at bronze95 and still haven't opened that pack yet. I've faced Kluber 4 times and Newhouse once. I want a better feel for which one is easier to hit against...or I may just roll with Fingers.

I wanted to love Rickey last year, but found his swing to be really frustrating. Is it any better this year?

IDK. Haven’t used him.

Alright looks like I’m getting 3 pitchers and leaving the other 2 as gold. Hopefully SDS fixes this. It should require 4-5 games to fully regenerate someone if they pitch over 90 pitches.

2 more times in a row w/o seeing anyone else lol. Good news is I'm starting to be able to read them a little better.

It should just be u cant use that started for 4 games

They should just grey them out as an option until they haven’t played in 4 games.
