How do I know that I suck?

After reading the forums at work today, people were saying they made the Showdowns much easier. I assume this was the 4th inning Showdown?
Last time I played was the 2nd inning. And while I didn't beat it, I at least made it to the final boss.
Not this time...I only won 2 of the matches before I got to the 1st 'mini-boss' and got defeated

I think the one that’s referred to as “easier” is the Team Affinity 3 Showdown. The TA3 Showdown is much easier than the other Showdowns.

Oh, HA....I'll give that one a shot then. Hoping it goes better this time.

Unless you're like me: I get to the final boss and always...ALWAYS end up a run short or tied.
That was last year. I avoid it like the plague now. -

Nothing makes me tilt like showdown. I'll try the extreme Showdown when it comes out just to laugh at myself.

I had totally given up on showdowns because they were too hard for me to ever complete them, but I read that the TA3 showdown was easier so I thought I'd give it a try.
I'm probably in the minority because most people on this board whine whenever something takes more than five minutes to complete, but I think they've actually dumbed it down way too much. I hate struggling as much as anyone else, but I at least need a little bit of challenge or what's the point?
If this is the direction they're going to take showdowns moving forward, then I'm even less interested than I was when I wasn't good enough to win one.
