Was hoping this would finally be it. But another patch goes by and i’m still not able to play DD online games. Still get challenge failed everytime, they continue to try and help me fix my internet and say that’s the problem, it’s not. I run every other game perfectly fine including MLB 19 it’s literally only mlb 20 it’s on their end.
Nobody else seems to be having this issue. Id say it's on you. Probably all those pancakes you been eating. Take a break .... try some salad.

About 10-15 emails, and bug reports. Once their initial set of “suggestions” didn’t work they barely answer back now. I waited 5 days from my last internet to hear “have you tried connecting to the internet” they continue to say internet when it’s not.

There are a good amount of people that have this same problem, go on reddit and search challenge failed in mlb sub.

Are you able to enter in to Diamond Dynasty? You said you can’t play online games, did you mean online versus? Can you play moments and conquests and such? Because I thought you have to be online to even access the diamond dynasty section of the game. And if so, you are right it’s not your connection. Sorry if you’ve already mentioned this but, when you try to match up with someone, does it try to search at all or does it say it can’t connect immediately? Also, does the PS4 deal with NAT type on a game by game basis, or will it be NAT type, say, “open” for all games? Here is an article that talks about NAT type:

I can play moments, conquest, showdown. Just nothing in diamond dynasty that i play vs. another real player. I can also on the main screen goto the “play now” section and play “rated online” which is against another human just with regular teams. It’s just connecting to people on diamond dynasty. I’ve made my playstation the DMZ host on my router, still says i have type 2 nat though but should be fine.
