I agree the server problems need to stop but spamming them with support tickets about servers is likely why people don't get their duplicate 42 and all star cards for months after they send it in

Oh, whoops, lol. Nah, I've been playing since MLBTS 16. Totally didn't notice your sarcasm, haha.
At this point my temper is so short with this sever stuff. It's very inopportune for it to happen now, during peak time, with a huge load of content that I can't start working to unlock. Literally got home from work and boom.

actually people have duplicate 42 cards because they picked the wrong card... not because people send support tickets about the servers being down. The servers being down is a much different issue than SDS not responding to the 100s or 1000s of support tickets wanting a fix to them picking duplicates when they knew they were all needed for a set.

I'm not defending the people that picked them twice. I'm saying their tickets would get resolved much quicker if people didn't send in tickets for completely unnecessary things like servers being down. a customer support ticket isn't doing jack to fix the servers

Anxiety went through the roof - this happened after winning my 11-0 game in BR. Didn't show me the server saving the game or anything, luckily, it did.
