He definitely deserves due process but how can you possible call the restraining order unnecessary with a straight face? You've read the report and seen the pictures correct? The restraining order was definitely justified -
Why would she go back the second time days later? Sounds to me like he broke up with her and she went psycho.
Sorry that is my opinion. It’s just as plausible as Bauer being guilty of her accusations.

Sounds to me like you didn't read everything so not worth engaging. It's telling that you're more willing to take the side of the accused before even knowing the whole story that is readily available to you -

You really should look at the pictures. To me, due process means that if there is enough evidence then he should be charged and tried. Then if he is found innocent or guilty due process would have served everyone. I personally would not have done the things he is accused of even if I was asked to. If he did what he is accused of, even if he was asked to, he is a monster.

You say you are interested in due process but you are not, you just want to assume women are terrible and take advantage of men with money. It does happen and if this is one of those situations she should be charged but he is the one that looks bad from everything and if found guilty is a monster and should never pitch again

Over a slight fat lip and a bruise? Not even a deep bruise…superficial red marks on the cheek. Her lip wasn’t even hardly swollen.
Obviously Bauer was under the impression it was consensual and they were on good terms. Bauer might be a weird POS for enjoying rough bedroom behavior, but nobody put a gun to this girls head and made her do anything.
What is fair in consensual rough bedroom behavior? I have no idea, but I would think slapping, pulling hair, etc is fair game.
